Buying is not open yet; for now Yakamoz can be tried free for 14 days. This policy describes the refund terms that will apply once sales open.

• 14 days, no questions asked. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of the day you buy; you need not give a reason.
• How: The refund method and where to apply will be announced on this page when sales open.
• Licence: After a refund the licence is void and you must uninstall the software. Uninstalling returns your PC to its pre-install state.
• Try first: We offer a 14-day full-featured trial; we suggest trying before you buy.
• Your statutory rights remain. This policy does not limit your rights under consumer law (withdrawal, faulty goods/services); it adds to them.
• Wrong or duplicate charge: Will be resolved through the payment provider; details will be announced with the sale.
