A calm light over your desktop.
One light layer for Windows 11: a bottom strip, a command bar, quick preview, a side panel and an island on top. Every change can be undone in one click.
Windows 11 22H2 or later · no account · no telemetry · no subscription
One app, six tools
A strip that replaces the taskbar , a launcher , a file previewer, a clipboard and shelf , quick settings , a tweak tool.
No separate program for each: Yakamoz puts them in one glass language and one small family of processes.

- Calm
- Invisible until you want it. Go to an edge, it opens; when you are done, it steps back.
- Light
- Almost no CPU or GPU while idle. The numbers are below, with their source.
- Reversible
- Every change is written to a ledger first. One command returns the PC to how it was before setup.
- Quiet
- No telemetry, no account, no ads. Every network request is listed, and most are optional.
Everything lives on an edge
Easy to learn: hold Win and the screen shows what each edge does.
A pill at the top centre that opens only when needed: music, timers, downloads, weather, reminders, Bluetooth battery, keep-awake, eye break. Push up at the top edge and it springs open.
A glass strip that replaces the taskbar. Windows of the same app share one chip; hover for live previews. Pinned apps, jump lists and Win+1…9 keep working.
Quick settings (volume, brightness, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, focus, night light), a music card, notifications and a big clock. The music card uses Windows media sessions: Spotify, your browser, anything.
A file shelf and clipboard history on the left edge.
An overview of your open windows from the top-left corner.
Alt+Space: search apps, files on every drive and actions as you type. Type
D:\for column browsing,=for a calculator. No ads, no web results.Press Space on a file to peek without opening it.
Hold Alt and drag to move; windows snap with spring physics. Windows Snap Layouts stay intact. A window opens on the monitor you call it from.
A small indicator in the same glass language, replacing the stock one.
A 30-second tour with three real gestures. Afterwards, at most one useful tip a day, and “don’t show again” is always there.

Try it with your hands
Two surfaces, working right here. The data is sample data; the real command bar searches your own apps and files.
Command bar
Opens with Alt+Space and searches as you type. D:\ for column browsing, = for a calculator. No ads, no web results.

Window management
Hold Alt and drag to move; windows snap with spring physics. Windows Snap Layouts stay intact.

Lighten and Space Base
Lighten turns off Widgets, Copilot, web search in Start, Recommended and needless startup apps in one click.
Space Base puts settings in categories, searchable and explained; each profile shows what it will change before it applies.

Why does your PC feel slow or stutter? Press Tara (Scan) and read the cause in plain words.
- Scan, or pick your problem
- One button looks over your PC, or you pick a problem such as “stutter in games” and the checks that fit it run first.
- Plain-word results
- Each finding is one sentence and says why it matters to you. Anything fixable shows “Now → After” first, changes only with your OK, and can be undone.
- 60-second game recording
- To see what happens when it stutters, open a game and play for 60 seconds while Yakamoz takes notes. The detailed recording asks for administrator permission.
- Guides and My computer
- Illustrated guides cover jobs such as turning on the RAM speed in the BIOS. “Bilgisayarım” shows your processor, memory, graphics card, screens, disks, battery and network in one place.
Everything stays on this PC; nothing is sent. It can be switched off in Uzay Üssü.
OdalarClosed beta
Talk and type with up to five friends, without an account and without a server that can read it.
- Up to six
- One room holds up to six people. Create one from Ada or the command bar, share the code, and you are in.
- A short code
- A code such as KRT-482. The letters find the room; the three digits are the secret that lets people in, and the server never sees them.
- Voice and chat, encrypted
- Voice and text are end-to-end encrypted. The room service routes the call but does not hold the key.
- Pinned rooms
- Pin a room to keep it, with its history kept encrypted. No account: you pick a name, and a fingerprint tells people apart.
Closed beta: Odalar is being tested with invited people first and is not open to everyone yet. It has its own switch in Uzay Üssü and nothing runs while you are not in a room. The audio library is a separate download, checked by hash, so the installer stays small.
Proof of lightness
No feature counts as done until it passes a budget. The values below come from the project’s measurement records.
Idle memory right after start (UI + watchdog, private memory)
Memory after every surface was used and hidden for 90 s
Idle CPU (over 60 seconds)
Idle GPU (nothing is drawn)
Side panel first frame (the app’s own work, median)
Command bar open (warm, 95th percentile)
Start-up (process start to ready, median)
Installed size (six programs)
Setup file
Test machine: Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF, 63.7 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, Windows 11 (26100). Your numbers will differ. File search is a separate optional service with its own memory: about 100 MB for about 1.5 million files.
Our privacy promise
- No telemetry.
Yakamoz collects nothing about you.
- No account.
The licence holds no name and no e-mail.
- Crash reports only by your own e-mail.
After a crash it shows you the exact text; sending or copying is your click. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.
- Every network request is listed:
weather (Open-Meteo, optional), lyrics (LRCLIB, optional), calendar (ICS) addresses you add, and, only while you are in an Odalar room, the room service at odalar.swiip.app, and a weekly update check, asked during setup (an anonymous download of one file). Updates are never installed without your click.
Undo
Every change Yakamoz makes can be undone. Four parts make sure of it.
Ledger
Every change to your system is written, with its old value, to a ledger before it is made. A change that is not in the ledger is not made.
Watchdog
If the main program crashes, a watchdog brings your taskbar back immediately.
Uninstaller
The uninstaller works even if the main program is broken, and you can also remove Yakamoz from Windows’ Apps list. Uninstalling undoes every change Yakamoz made to Windows and deletes its program and data folders; the only thing left behind is the trial start date, so that reinstalling does not restart the trial.

14 days, full-featured.
After day 14 Yakamoz puts Windows back to normal (your taskbar returns) and at start asks what you think: tell us how you found it and we extend your trial. No nagging in between. The licence is verified offline.

Every change undone, only the trial start date stays: Settings › Apps › Yakamoz › Uninstall.

Questions
Yakamoz writes every change to a ledger, with its old value, before making it, and reverts all of them with one command. Uninstalling undoes them all and deletes the program and its data; only the trial start date stays in the registry. If the app crashes, the watchdog brings the taskbar back.
There are three ways, and all open the same uninstaller. 1) Settings › Apps › Installed apps › Yakamoz › Uninstall. 2) Type “uninstall” in the Start menu and pick “Uninstall Yakamoz”. 3) Inside Yakamoz: Uzay Üssü › More › About › “Uninstall Yakamoz”. A window first shows what will be removed, and nothing is deleted until you confirm. Uninstalling undoes every change Yakamoz made to Windows and your taskbar comes back.
The app collects nothing. Buying is not open yet; when it opens, a payment provider will process the payment data and no name or e-mail will go into the licence. Details: the privacy policy.
Surfaces hide themselves in full-screen games. We took one measurement: during a League of Legends match, over 60 seconds, Yakamoz used 0.01% of the processor and none of the graphics card (0%). That is a single measurement, with one game, on one PC (RTX 5070 Ti). We have not yet measured the effect on in-game frame rate (FPS); the result will be published here once we have.
Tools that change Windows’ internals can break after updates. Yakamoz is designed so that every change is reversible and the taskbar is restored on failure.
The licence is personal and for your own PCs. The device count is not enforced in code; it is based on trust. Reselling or sharing is against the licence.
Setup asks (on by default). Once a week a signed manifest file is downloaded anonymously. If a new version exists you are asked; nothing is installed without your click.
No; Windows 11 22H2 or later is required.
Yes. Updates for the 1.x line are free. There is no subscription.
An optional local service reads the NTFS master file table and stays current through the change journal. The data never leaves your PC. Network drives are not indexed.
There is no separate support e-mail address yet. Current contact details will be published at swiip.app.
